Extended Area Delivery ($99)

A flat delivery fee of $99 applies to the following locations:

Bradford, East Gwillimbury, Nobleton, Oshawa, Milton, Burlington, Orangeville, Uxbridge, Georgetown, Acton, Schomberg, Campbellville, Mount Albert, Queensville, Caledon Village, Palgrave, Beeton, Tottenham, Port Perry, Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle

Regional Delivery ($199)

A flat delivery fee of $199 applies to the following locations:

Hamilton, Barrie, Guelph, Innisfil, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Brantford, Port Hope, Cobourg.

Montreal & Ottawa Areas

We now deliver to Montreal, Ottawa, and surrounding cities with curbside delivery service only.

White Glove Delivery (GTA, Extended & Regional Delivery)

Available for select large furniture: beds, sofas, dining tables, kitchen sideboards*.
Includes:

✔ Delivery to your door
✔ Full furniture installation
✔ Placement in your desired spot
✔ Removal & disposal of all packaging

*Exclusions: Storage Beds and Tulip Dining Tables are not eligible for White Glove Delivery.

Small to Medium Furniture: Delivered to your doorstep only. Installation, unpacking, and packaging disposal are not included.

Curbside Delivery (Montreal, Ottawa & Across Canada)

Houses/Townhouses: Delivered to driveway
Condos/Apartments: Delivered to main lobby/front entrance

Installation, stairs, elevators, and in-home placement are not included under curbside service.

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to book your delivery date and time.

• Condos/Apartments: Please book an elevator in advance for large furniture deliveries. If a service elevator is not booked or unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery will be canceled, and a re-delivery fee will apply for a new appointment.
  
• If your building or driveway has access restrictions, kindly inform our team beforehand.

Some products may incur an additional Oversize Shipping Charge of $299 due to their size, weight, or packaging requirements. These items require special handling and transportation.

If your delivery address is located in a paid delivery zone, the oversize charge will be added to the applicable delivery fee.

Examples:

• Tier 2 Delivery ($99) + Oversize Shipping ($299) = $398
• Tier 3 Delivery ($199) + Oversize Shipping ($299) = $498

For exceptionally large or custom-made items, additional shipping charges may apply and will be quoted based on the product's size, weight, and delivery requirements.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any damage, defects, missing parts, or shipping-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If you plan to store your items for an extended period before use, please inspect them prior to storage, as the 48-hour reporting period begins on the delivery date.
