From floor plan to finished room

STEP 1

Share your floor plan

Send us a floor plan or rough sketch of your space — dimensions help, but it doesn't need to be professional. A phone photo of a hand-drawn layout works fine.

STEP 2

Meet your designer

Visit our showroom or hop on a video call. We'll talk through how you live, your style, and your budget, and start narrowing down direction.

STEP 3

Mood board & 3D rendering

We build a custom mood board and a 3D rendering of your space plan, so you can see exactly how everything sits together before you buy a thing.

STEP 4

Customize & install

Choose from 100+ fabrics and 30+ stone finishes to make each piece fully your own. We handle production through to white-glove delivery and install.

We ask for a $19 deposit to book your design session — it covers our designer's time and keeps sessions genuinely one-on-one. There's no minimum spend attached to it.

Is the design service really free?

Yes — the design work itself is complimentary. The only cost is a $19 deposit to book your session, which is fully credited toward your furniture order if you choose to purchase. There's no minimum spend required.
What if I don't have a proper floor plan?

A rough sketch is enough to start — even a hand-drawn layout with approximate measurements. Photos of the room help too. Your designer will help fill in the gaps during your session.
What rooms can I get help designing with Line & Grain’s complimentary design services?

Our design services are available for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining rooms. We can also assist with room organization, bookshelf styling, furniture selection, and other small décor refreshes. This service is not intended for large-scale projects and does not include renovations, construction, or other structural work. All furniture and décor recommendations are sourced exclusively from Line & Grain.
Can I do the entire process virtually?

Yes. Your consultation, mood board, and 3D rendering can all be delivered over video call and email — you don't need to visit the showroom at any point, unless you'd like to see fabric and stone samples in person.
How long does the process take?

Your mood board and 3D rendering typically follow within a few days of your consultation. Once furniture is ordered, custom production runs 10–14 weeks, followed by delivery and white-glove install.
