After your deposit, we’ll send you a short form to share your floor plan, style, needs, and budget.

STEP 2

Mood board & 3D rendering

Within a few days, we’ll create a 3D rendering using selected Line & Grain furniture and décor.

STEP 3

Meet with our team

Meet in-store or virtually to review the plan, materials, and customization options, and finalize your selections.

STEP 4

Production & Delivery

We’ll begin production for any custom pieces, then coordinate delivery and setup in your space.

Frequently asked questions

Is the furniture planning service free?

Yes — the furniture planning itself is complimentary. The only cost is a $19 deposit to book your session, which is fully credited toward your furniture order if you choose to purchase. There's no minimum spend required.
What if I don't have a proper floor plan?

A rough sketch is enough to start — even a hand-drawn layout with approximate measurements. Photos of the room help too. Your designer will help fill in the gaps during your session.
Is Line & Grain an interior design company?

Line & Grain is a furniture and home furnishings company offering complimentary furniture planning services. We help create cohesive, thoughtfully furnished spaces using furniture and décor exclusively from Line & Grain.
What rooms can I get help designing with Line & Grain’s furniture planning services?

Our furniture planning service is available for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining rooms. We can also assist with room organization, bookshelf styling, furniture selection, and other small décor refreshes. This service is not intended for large-scale projects and does not include renovations, construction, or other structural work. All furniture and décor recommendations are sourced exclusively from Line & Grain.
How long does the process take?

Your mood board and 3D rendering typically follow within a few days of your consultation. Once furniture is ordered, custom production runs 10–14 weeks, followed by delivery and white-glove install (selected large furnitures only).
Can I do the entire process virtually?

Yes. Your consultation, mood board, and 3D rendering can all be delivered over video call and email — you don't need to visit the showroom at any point, unless you'd like to see fabric and stone samples in person.
Is the $19 design service fee refundable?

No. The $19 fee covers the designer’s time and work and is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the proposed design.
