How much do custom dining chairs cost?
Pricing is based on the chair design and selected fabric. There is no extra fee for customization, and changing to another colour within the same fabric collection is also complimentary. We want you to choose the combination that feels exactly right for your space.
How much does a custom dining table cost?
Pricing is based on your selected tabletop material, table size, and base design. Certain premium tabletop options may carry an additional cost. There is no extra fee for customization—your final quote is determined solely by the selections you make.
Is my builder submission a confirmed order?
No. Your submission is a custom request. Our team will review your selections, confirm availability and provide final pricing before the order is placed.
How long does the custom order process take?
Custom orders typically take 12–15 weeks from confirmation to completion. While we do our best to stay within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Can I see the fabric and wood/stone samples before ordering?
Yes. After completing the dining table or dining chair builder, you’ll book an appointment with our team. During your appointment, we’ll walk you through the available fabric, wood, and stone samples so you can review the colours and textures in person before finalizing your order.
Can you help me choose the right pieces for my space?
Yes. Our Furniture Planning Service includes a personalized mood board and 3D rendering based on your floor plan, helping you visualize the furniture, layout, materials, and finishes before making your final selections.
